In this 3 hr workshop you will learn 1,500 year old methods for reducing anxiety and stress.

Through movement, breath and awareness you will learn a technique that gets energy moving through your heart across your chest and out your palms. This will soften your body, mind and especially your heart which not only reduces anxiety but strengthens your physical heart.

Stress or tension becomes stuck in various places in our body. As a result, our life force or our “umph” for life can waver leaving us feeling “drained”. You will learn another powerful movement which will directly work with your kidneys – releasing its stagnant energy and building its strength, energy and boosting your vitality at the same time.

Physically these 2 movements work to soften the mind and layers of tissues in the body. Learning to let go in this manner can mitigate your inherent stress and limit the amount of stress and anxiety that enters you in the first place.
