Come join me at Little Beach this month for some stillness and movement – moving your body and your life-force energy – Chi Gung, physical distance style!
I will guide you through alignments, breathing and ways to help you move, clear and balance your energy for overall health and relaxation.
These exercises are gentle and suitable for all ages amd abilities.
